National Auto Network is a comprehensive platform designed to facilitate the dynamic processes of auto trading. With a focus on user roles, the platform caters to ADMIN, BROKER, DEALER, and CUSTOMER roles. Each role is equipped with specific workflows and functionalities to ensure efficient and user-friendly interactions.

User Workflow

Admin Dashboard

  • Login Module (ADMIN): This module enables the ADMIN to manage users and grant them access to BROKER/DEALER dashboards. It includes the approval of applications submitted by users aiming to become brokers or dealers. Once approved, users receive auto generated credentials via email.
  • Brokerage Applications: Tracks applications submitted by users with the BROKER role. The ADMIN can approve, delete, or cancel applications. Approved brokers receive auto generated login credentials.
  • Dealer Applications: Similar to the Brokerage Applications module but specific to dealer applications.
  • Dealers: Allows ADMIN to manage approved dealer applications, including user management, editing, deletion, searching, and modification.
  • Profile: Comprises sections for managing user information, email, and password. ADMIN can make necessary changes to phone numbers and email addresses.

Dealer Dashboard

  • Stock Upload: Approved dealers can upload vehicle stocks. They can only upload stocks with their Dealer ID via FTP and respond to conversations initiated by BROKERs or CUSTOMERs.
  • Messages: Displays conversations between dealers, BROKERs, and CUSTOMERs.
  • Stocks: Shows uploaded vehicle stocks with images and descriptions.

Broker Dashboard

  • Invite Customers: BROKERs can invite customers via email and phone number. Invited users receive registration links.
  • Messages: Allows BROKERs to initiate conversations with CUSTOMERs and other DEALERs.
  • Vehicles Module: Provides access to vehicles and stocks uploaded by multiple DEALERs. BROKERs can search vehicles, send enquiry messages to CUSTOMERs, save vehicles to customer shortlists, and save searches.

Customer Dashboard

  • Access: CUSTOMERs can access the dashboard only if they are invited by a BROKER and receive an invitation link via email and phone number.
  • Vehicles: Displays vehicles and stocks saved by CUSTOMERs.
  • Messages: Allows CUSTOMERs to engage in conversations with BROKERs and DEALERs.
  • Saved Vehicles: Shows a list of vehicles saved by CUSTOMERs.
  • Saved Searches: Displays searches saved by CUSTOMERs.
