Responsibilities:
- Review current systems and identify areas for improvement
- Develop new software programs and applications
- Modify existing system software
- Troubleshoot and debug installed programs and applications
- Establish and document software and hardware requirements
- Collaborate with IT staff to coordinate development and system changes
- Develop and maintain databases
- Investigate and resolve reported issues
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Create and deploy patches and updates
- Test products in controlled environments before deployment
- Assist in the design and implementation of IT projects
- Test previously installed applications reviewed by departmental representatives
- Monitor system performance and coordinate software upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of OOPs concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of coding techniques
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Willingness and attitude to learn and grow
- Ability to complete tasks/assignments on schedule and efficiently
