The SEO & Website Growth Executive will be responsible for ensuring Ariel’s website performs as a lead-generation asset. This role is not limited to keyword tracking. The person must actively audit pages, identify gaps, improve on-page SEO, support content planning, track performance, and coordinate website improvements with the development team.
Responsibilities
- Audit and improve 810 website pages
- Track Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Track keyword rankings and non-branded organic traffic
- Identify missing service pages and industry pages
- Prepare SEO briefs for the content writer
- Improve title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and CTAs
- Track indexing issues, broken links, redirects, crawlability, and page speed issues
- Coordinate technical SEO fixes with the development team
- Review competitor pages and identify content gaps
- Maintain SEO issue tracker
- Maintain keyword and traffic dashboard
- Submit monthly SEO performance report
- Track website inquiries, form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, and consultation requests
